1. About the Service

Minecraft Image Tools is an independent, browser-based toolkit for turning images into Minecraft art and builds. The current production tool is Image to Minecraft Pixel Art, which converts a local image into a Minecraft block design, shows a preview and material counts, and downloads the result as a PNG.

This service is operated by OpenSevenery. No legal company or corporate entity exists behind the project.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the service for lawful purposes only. You must not use it to produce or distribute content that is unlawful, deceptive, obscene, harmful, or abusive, and you must not use it in any way that violates the rights of others.

3. Images and Local Processing

Images selected in the current Pixel Art tool are processed locally in the user's browser and are not uploaded to Minecraft Image Tools servers. No server-side image processing is performed. Generated designs and previews are runtime data in your browser session.

4. Generated Output

The generated output depends on your source image, the settings you choose, the supported block data, and the current conversion behavior. Minecraft Image Tools does not guarantee perfect visual matching, exact in-game appearance, or permanent Minecraft-version compatibility.

5. User Responsibilities and Third-Party Rights

You are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate rights or permission to use the source images you choose to process. Minecraft Image Tools does not grant any rights to Minecraft, Mojang intellectual property, Microsoft intellectual property, third-party images, or copyrighted material supplied by users.

6. Minecraft / Mojang / Microsoft Disclaimer

Minecraft Image Tools is an independent project. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

7. Service Availability and Changes

The service is provided as available. Minecraft Image Tools does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the service, its features, and these terms may change over time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Minecraft Image Tools and its operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
