This page describes how Minecraft Image Tools handles source images and generated results based on the behavior currently implemented in the application.
Source images stay in your browser
Source images are processed in the browser during the core Pixel Art workflow. They are not uploaded to or stored by the application server.
Generated results are session data
Generated Minecraft Designs, previews, and counts are runtime data in your browser session. Refreshing, navigating away, or closing the page may discard them. Browser-generated downloads remain local files on your device.
No accounts or persistence
There is currently no account system, cloud synchronization, or server-side storage of user content. The application does not add project persistence for source images or generated designs.
Analytics
With your consent, the site uses two third-party measurement services to understand how the site is used and improve the product:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — aggregated site usage statistics.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) — anonymized behavioral insights such as scroll and session behavior.
Analytics is production-only and consent-based: trackers are not loaded until you choose to allow analytics, and they never receive your source images, generated designs, filenames, or any other user content. Your analytics preference is stored locally in your browser so the choice persists across visits.
Cookies and other local data
The application itself does not set tracking cookies. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity may set cookies or use similar local storage after you allow analytics, and your analytics consent preference is stored in browser local storage. No advertising or telemetry is used.
Public application data
The reviewed production block catalog is public application data, not user content. Raw Minecraft assets and test fixtures are not published to the browser.

Future changes
If the application later adds uploads, persistence, or any other user-data behavior, this page will be updated to describe the new behavior before it ships.
